Sailor Aquarius!

This is a picture I did a while back of Aqua in her school uniform! She goes to Arietta Freshman Acadamy of the Arts (A made-up school for my story, of course!) In her hometown of Arietta, New York and this is their school uniform! It's just my version of a popular image of Sailor Moon from the manga. I originally had drawn the full image, but I really liked just this part so I decided to take it and roll with it! And I'm very proud of the result! Hope you all enjoy!
